YMCA LIVE: GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

IN PERSON AND LIVESTREAMING

Welcome to YMCA LIVE: Register for an In Person or Virtual Livestreaming Group Exercise Classes! We are excited to offer live Group Exercise classes virtually and in person. 

Outdoor Group Exercise Classes

We are excited to welcome you back to the Y with our Member-Only Outdoor Group Exercise classes beginning June 27! In accordance with Governor Murphy's executive order allowing outdoor fitness classes of up to 35 people, and in conjunction with local health officials, we have been working hard to bring our Y family back together with everyone's health and safety as our priority. Registration begins Saturday, June 20. You can register a week in advance for each class.

NOTE: For classes beginning Monday, August 10 and forward, reservations may be booked as early as 48 hours in advance and up to two hours before class start time using our new reservation system. Our new reservation system may be accessed through visiting the Schedules page of our website here.

Livestream Our Group Exercise Classes

We are excited to offer live Group Exercise classes virtually. Scroll down to check out our Livestreaming Group Exercise weekly schedule, including Barre, Yoga and more. Join some of your favorite instructors, with links to participate via Zoom. These are free for members and non-members. No equipment needed, just your computer, tablet or cell phone to livestream with us. We can't wait to "see" you!
