Happening Now: Updates and Resources

The Y is a key partner in keeping our community physically and mentally healthy by providing much needed access to exercise and programs for all ages. We believe it is our responsibility to protect our members, participants, and employees so a visit to our facilities is as safe and enjoyable and possible.

SAFETY COMES FIRST

Our YMCA has followed regulations and guidelines set by the state of New Jersey, Department of Health (DOH), the local Public Health Department and the CDC throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic. Consistent with that practice, effective Monday, March 7, we will be easing our mask and distancing restrictions in alignment with the CDC and the Governor’s new Executive Order. We have also received an update from licensing and the DOH regarding child care at our Kirby Center and afterschool programming at the Family Center.

Please note: these protocols may change based on CDC guidelines and state and local directives in the interest of maintaining the safest environment and experience for our staff and members.
