Fitness Center

Get back to your fitness routine with our socially-distanced indoor cardio fitness deck with all of our cardio equipment spaced six feet apart. Members have access to our free weights, strength training machines, and more at the Madison Area YMCA's Family Center! Visit our Fitness Center or join us in our Private Studios including our cardio and strength training private studios. Both private studios are for use by a single member OR family members that live within same household. (Reservations are required for studio use.) Please scan in at the Welcome Center! Our team of Certified Personal Trainers create goal-based programs that keep your workouts fresh, fuel your motivation and make exercise fun and exciting. Choose from a 30-minute motivator, One-on-One personal training and semi-private training. Click here for pricing information. Semi-Private Studio Training and Fitness Pods

Join us for our Semi-Private Studio Training Fitness Pods! Keep your workouts fresh and make exercise fun and exciting with our flexible options for "pod" training, including TRX, Pilates Reformer, Pilates MOTR, or Barre. Gather 1-3 of your family members or friends for training customized for you and your crew (minimum of 2 people per pod). Interested in putting a pod together now? Semi-private studio training offers clients the enthusiasm and encouragement from a group environment while still getting personalized attention and fitness routines tailored to your specific needs. Programs include TRX Suspension Training, a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise, Pilates Reformer, Flex and Press, Build and Burn and more!

Virtual Y

We are excited to offer live Group Exercise classes virtually. Check out our Livestreaming Group Exercise weekly schedule, including Barre, Yoga and more. Join some of your favorite instructors on Virtual Y! These are free for members. No equipment needed, just your computer, tablet or cell phone to livestream with us. We can't wait to "see" you!
