Small group training offers clients the enthusiasm and encouragement from a group environment while still getting personalized attention and fitness routines tailored to your specific needs. Programs include TRX Suspension Training, a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise, Pilates Reformer, Flex and Press, Build and Burn and more!

We feature one of the strongest and most complete group exercise programs in the area. Whether you prefer indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, aqua, Les Mills™ or BODYCOMBAT™, we offer approximately 90 fitness classes per week designed for the beginner to the advanced.

Healthy Weight Loss Program

Healthy weight loss can be achieved with the right tools and support system! Our new Healthy Weight Loss program uses research by the National Institutes of Health, is modeled after prevention programming at the Centers for Disease Control and is designed to help you address everyday challenges of achieving healthy, meaningful and sustainable weight loss.

Learn the basic concepts of fitness center etiquette, weightlifting, exercise routines and muscle function in our Hubbard Conference Room. Then put that knowledge to use in the Fitness Center with this one-hour small group training program designed especially for teens!
