Older Adults


We continue to expand our Active Older Adult Group Exercise offerings, focused on gentle yet challenging classes for participants looking to start or maintain a fitness regime and geared toward all fitness levels and abilities. Current Indoor studio classes include Gentle Yoga and Senior Fitness on Mondays. Chair Yoga on Tuesdays, Senior Fitness and Strength & Stability on Wednesdays. Join us outside for Fit & Fun (M/Th) and Zumba Gold (Tu/Th) and more!
