Birthday Parties
** We are no longer accepting Birthday Party bookings for the remainder of 2024. Booking for January through May 2025 will begin in November.
Celebrate with us! Birthday Parties and other occasions can be celebrated at the Y from September through May.
NOTE: We have limited availability per month for parties. Please reach out as soon as possible by filling out the Madison Area YMCA Birthday Parties Form.
- Party rentals are for 2 hours.
- You may set up your party 30 minutes before your activity.
- You are responsible for set-up and clean-up.*
- Parties are available for members and non-members.
- For Kids Central and Room Rental parties, you are responsible for activities.*
- Custom parties may be arranged.
Included in the birthday party:
- Two 8 ft. rectangular tables for food, beverages, favors, etc.,
- 4 ft. long rectangular kid tables and kid chairs (The number of kid tables and chairs depends on the headcount of participants),
- party room.
Items NOT included, but are allowed:
- Decorations (confetti or sparkles of any kind, and pinatas are prohibited),
- Food (Food, such as pizza, may be delivered to the YMCA),
- Drinks (Adult beverages are prohibited.),
- Party favors,
- Outside entertainment (All outside entertainment must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before the party date.).
*If you would like assistance with set-up and clean-up a Party Host can be reserved for $75/party. A Party Host can also assist at Kids Central and Room Rental parties with activities.
