LEADER IN TRAINING (L.I.T.)
8 AM - 5 PM for Grade 6 - Grade 9
Available Sessions 1 - 4*
At Drew University

Through team building, meaningful service projects, and staff-led mentoring, our Leader in Training (LIT) program empowers teens to end the summer feeling confident, capable, and fulfilled. During their session, LIT participants spend part of their time volunteering within the community and the rest assisting on-site with KidsQuest campers and counselors. These experiences are designed to help teens build essential life skills, including communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and career readiness. LIT teens gain independence and responsibility while receiving hands-on leadership training and personalized feedback, preparing them to succeed both at camp and beyond.

*No camp on Friday, July 3.
