ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Swimmers will be expected to swim all four strokes in the following distances:

• 8 & Under: 25 Yards (1 lap of each stroke)
• 9 & 10: 50 Yards (2 laps of each stroke)
• 11 & 12: 50 Yards (2 laps of each stroke)
• 13 & 14: 100 Yards (4 laps of each stroke)
• 15 & Older: 100 Yards (4 laps of each stroke)
