New Year’s Resolutions to Change Your Life in Mind, Body and Spirit at the Y
(Madison, NJ)- December 28, 2015- A New Year, a new you! Live a healthier lifestyle, try something new, make a difference by volunteering or spend more time with your family. The Madison Area YMCA can help you make positive changes in your life and find opportunities for you to make a difference in your community.
Make some lifestyle changes! The Y has the Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, Enhance Fitness and group fitness classes such as Yoga and Zumba. The Y’s Fitness Center has a variety of exercise equipment, as well as personal training and nutritional counseling available. Involve your children in activities that will lead them to a healthier lifestyle through sports, gymnastics, performing arts, swimming, karate and more.
Volunteering will help you meet new people. Giving back will make you feel good about yourself. Help out at the Madison Area YMCA’s Family Center or F.M. Kirby Children’s Center. Setting aside time during the week or month to socialize with family and friends can be meaningful and can strengthen relationships. Bring your family to Family Nights at the Y, drop off your teens at the Teen Center and get involved at the Madison Area YMCA, a hub in our community.
