F.M. Kirby Children’s Center of the Madison Area YMCA Adds “Jimmy’s Bus” to its Preschool Playground in Memory of Jimmy Guischard
(Madison, NJ) – September 6, 2017— "That's the plan!" was Jimmy Guischard's signature phrase. An incredible man who was beloved by all, Jimmy worked as the transportation and maintenance manager at the F. M. Kirby Children's Center of the Madison Area YMCA for 15 years. A little more than a year after his death, Jimmy's colleagues and friends purchased a lasting memorial. "Jimmy's Bus" will reside on the preschool playground to be enjoyed by all the children that he dedicated his professional life to.
Jimmy lived and modeled the Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, and his presence is still deeply missed by everyone. After a special dedication ceremony on September 1, “Jimmy's Bus” is now a permanent reminder of a very special friend to all.
