(Madison, NJ) November 14, 2017– The F.M. Kirby Children’s Center of the Madison Area YMCA commemorated Veterans Day in a variety of ways this year. Staff and parents brought in pictures of friends and family for a “Wall of Heroes” that will be on display for the remainder of the month. Special Operations Marine Veteran Jared Frederick spoke to preschool and school-age students about what Veterans Day is and showed them his uniform and gear.
The F.M. Kirby Children’s Center remembers and appreciates the sacrifices given by the men and women who currently serve and who have served our country.
