Jonathan Kozy Joins the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors

Jonathan Kozy Joins the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors 

(Madison, NJ) – November 13, 2018– The Madison Area YMCA is pleased to announce that Jonathan Kozy of Madison has joined its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

“We are delighted to welcome Jonathan to the Board,” said Madison Area YMCA President & CEO Diane Mann. “We look forward to working with Jonathan and are confident that he will enhance the quality leadership that is characteristic of all of our Board members.” 

Senior vice president and senior research analyst in macro strategy and research for Bank of America Private Wealth Management in New York City, Jonathan has been with Bank of America since 2006. A frequent presenter on macroeconomic trends, he provides data and research findings to a wide array of investor audiences worldwide.

Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science at Colgate University and his MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He has been a commentator for CNBC “Market Insider” and the Chuck Jaffe “MoneyLife” Radio Podcast. He is a member of the National Association of Business Economics and earned his NABE certificate in Economic Measurement.

Jonathan’s interest in the Y links to his childhood playing CYO basketball with his father who served as a coach. He and his wife Lauren are active at the Y, with Lauren serving on the Golf Event Committee and Jonathan volunteering for youth sports and policy positions. Jonathan and Lauren participated in the Madison Area YMCA’s 2018 Mind Matters 5K Run that benefitted Project Community Pride of the Madison Area YMCA and the Madison Area YMCA’s Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Their children are Lola, 3, and Julian, 1.  

An avid athlete, Jonathan has completed multiple marathons to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and participated in the Wall Street Decathlon to benefit Memorial Sloan Kettering Pediatric Cancer Research.
